Today was the third day of the Young Arts Festival. There were as many as two concerts, one after the other, with a minor technical break. First, the duo performed John Scofield and Dave Holland. Scofield is a legendary jazz guitarist, Holland, an outstanding bassist, multiple Grammy winners, both of whom co-founded the legendary Miles Davis band. The concert was great. The men are full of energy despite their age. Then the band Skalpel performed, great electronics. Pioneers of combining Polish jazz recordings with electronic samples.
