Picadilly's Playground

Setting up for another year of strawbale gardening and of course the chickens are loving it! Planting veggies in strawbales save space, greatly reduces weeding & reduces back & leg strain during harvesting. Piccadilly is standing in the center of four bales that I have placed end to end to create an open square. I will fill the open center with garden soil to plant root veggies like carrots or beets.
