radzikmr Yes. it's Lądek Zdrój, a town in southern Poland in the Karkonosze Mountains affected by flooding last year. They still keep getting up from their knees … :(

radzikmr Yes, in most places the water reached the first floor, many buildings are so deeply damaged that they can only be demolished.
radzikmr And it was a flood called a "flash" because it swept through the city in just a few hours, only to have the river level return to normal. I watched it on TV, but it didn't show anything...nor did my photos. A 15-minute walk there was a lesson in being grateful for every normal day.
