This "lighthouse" is some way away from the sea. In reality it was not really a light house at all. It was the warehouse and light testing station for the Northern Lighthouse board. Bulbs were tested here before being shipped to light houses. The lighthouse board sold the premises about 14 years ago. It is now a studio.
