Satoshi T Japan original Shinto shrine architecture was started from grain warehouse for harvest.
Buddhist architecture from China in the 8th century had many tiles on the large curved roof : "Zenkoji Temple in Summer".
In response to the influence, the roof of Shinto shrine had curved.
However, Shinto shrine hate to put tiles, They use metal-clad or thatched roof : "Happy New Year 2016" .

So you can identify looking roof : Tiles=buddhist temple, Chunky,Metal-clad=Shinto shrine. This proportion and the format is definitely Shinto shrine style :) Thank you sharing @egzist .

egzist Thank you Satoshi for the explanation! It was hard to find any information about the Temple. I was suprised that the roof is metal copper - it's still fresh and pink. Now I understand - it's Shinto Temple. They call it pavilion and for me it's mistake because originally it's temple, right? Anyway it's brand new and I like it. We have got our little Japan style park here now :) We have got some cherry trees there so I'm waiting for Hanami next year :)

Satoshi T Yes it's certainly Shinto style building for pavilion. because it has only pillars. Shinto Temple(shrine) need high wooden floor and stair and "mirror" for worship in the buiding. Torii (pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torii) as background is gete for only Shinto. Buddhist temple never have Torii. - and I hope you will Tookapic again in next hanami season!

Magda Korzewska cool. is it in GDN?

egzist Yes of course, it's new part of Oliwski Park, close to the new Doraco buildings. It's nice but no perfect yet :)
