Romain inderdaad... maar wij hebben in België en Nederland nog voldoende kleine artisanale brouwerijen waar bier met passie gebrouwen wordt. Waar kwaliteit telt en niet kwantiteit...

Yes, in the early days, we brewed beer in a copper kettle, because the copper has aseptical characteristics, and it contribute to the taste of the beer.
These days they also hang copper blocks in the stainless tanks to add this quality back into the beer.
jokele I guess the copper one looks much more interessting, than the steel ones. Sigh....
