Andrew E Weber I'm not that familiar with polarizing filters in conjunction with reflections. . what's the main difference? Looks delicious by the way, I might have to see if I can find it around here.

Paweł Kadysz It lets you control how much of reflection you get. See here: cl.ly/cD5u these are all same camera settings, same strobe power, same setup. But you get a huge reflection in the first one and almost none in the last one. It's all thanks to adjusting the filter.

Poralizer filter is usefull when you're photographing lakes. It let's you capture what's under water, instead of capturing the reflection of the clouds in the water.

But I have no idea how it works. Magic, probably.

Andrew E Weber Wow. That's crazy. Totally different outcomes. It just diffracts light before it enters the camera?
But you're right, magic is probably the answer. Time to invest in a wand, then!

Paweł Kadysz As for the polarizers, I got two Hoya Fusion Antistatic CIR-PL filters. Few months ago I also got ND filter: Hoya Filtr NDx8. They're all available from cyfrowe.pl - I really recommend their store.

Marta Lebiocka Reden! Uwielbiam :)
