My 365 "Bench" Mark

Goodness gracious, I did it!
Considering how fast this year has gone, I’ve been wondering if the TARDIS is real and has been playing with the timeline. But possibly it’s just that I’ve been watching too much TV. So let’s pretend this is the Emmys… I’d like to thank @pawel, for creating, maintaining and constantly improving Tookapic. I’d like to thank @jewels for talking me into starting my project. I’d like to thank the friends who joined me in Tookapic and the new ones I’ve met who were already here. You know who you are (well, you should!), and you’re all wonderful. And I’d like to thank the entire community for opening a window every day into how you see your world. I’d like to thank you just as much for the beautiful shots you’re really proud of, as for your off-the-cuff streak pics, that you’ve taken and posted just because you’re not giving up. When I first talked to @cat about Tookapic, she put into words what I couldn’t, “For at least ten minutes, every single day, whatever is going on in your life, you’re looking for beauty.” Thank you, Tookapic, for giving me beauty.

Bruce Congratulations!!! What an amazing project. I still have a ways to go, but I have great admiration for anyone who finishes their 365 project because of the dedication, time, and effort it takes on a daily basis to find your own photographic vision.
