Delayed flight from Warsaw

So I am starting few days business trip - I am going to learn advanced techniques in veterinary cardiology in Novara (Italy). My journey starts in Warsaw with a short stop in Praha (Czech Republic) to meet a friend who is going with me. But...I have no luck...my plane is again delayed...happy that my course starts on saturday...
