azumac it's like I've never seen the star in star anise before! It's amazing how you bring out the texture and character of each of the ingredients. I just might go and get a cup of hot cider (even though it's never been my cup of tea) ;-)
Michael Gatton Thanks @azumac - I love mulled cider, but I literally only make it once per year. Homemade is the way to go.
