ponzu I always have great respect for the photos that are "made", not just "taken", and the people who make them. I "take" (i.e., find) 99% of my photos. I wondered if the groats were superimposed in Photoshop, so your explanation comes as a great relief to me.

Are the sugar stars random or true to the sky map? Did you use a photo that you yourself (or someone else) have taken as the blueprint?

Jakub Szymański Sugar stars are random. The whole idea evolved while I take another photo (very simple photo of cookie cutter) and is fresh. I love your idea making a "real" photo and use it as the blueprint. I definitely should try to do this.

Jana Babackova I like the idea! I have one tip for you for next time - you can also visualize magnitude of each star (size, visibility) of the constellation by different size of the objects (buckwheat groats)
