Wet ground

I was on a walk today, but there was no sun. There was a thick fog, rain and cold wind all day. My physiotherapist had a tiring workout for me today. When you have a problem with raising a one-kilogram dumbbell a few times in front of you, then you know how weak your muscles are. But then I imagine that thanks to trainings, I will walk on my hands one day :D (yes, the exaggerated imagination gives hope ;) )
