Dreaming Spires

My final repeat shot of Edinburgh sculptures is Helen Denerley's Dreaming Spires. Locally known as the Edinburgh Giraffes. It is made from scrap metal. It is inscribed in a circle on the pavement with an extract from a 1946 poem by Roy Campbell "Giraffes! a People Who live between earth and skies Each in his own religious steeple Keeping a lighthouse with his eyes." This was the hardest one to get people free!
