Fenugreek

Michael Gatton Thanks Margie! Fenugreek is a highly aromatic spice (seed) used a lot in Indian cuisine. Its smell reminds me of curry powder, because a lot of curry powder uses fenugreek, or cheaper american varieties use celery seed as a (distinctly unsatisfying) substitute.
