Our Mum had this tradition. She used to make cookies when she wanted to say 'thank you'. It was only for special people. She made it for my teachers at the primary school because they were the best. We also made it (this time together) for my work, at the Photo Gallery when I was leaving. She made it for her work, when she was changing it. And now... My sister came up with this idea to keep this tradition alive. We'll make it for our Mum's boss (and the board). He was so supportive all the time. Since she got sick. For her, for me and even for my sister. We will also make it for the hospice. I know it's nothing, but it's not always about the money. It's about heart. And we are so grateful.
This notebook - I don't know how old it is. But it's my Mum's. It's a treasure. This cookies are called 'mushrooms'. They require a lot of work and maybe that is why they are so special. Mum, I know you would love this idea.
Yesterday I answered my Mum's phone. It was a call from work. From a person who knew Mum well. And he said she was the most cultural person he'd ever knew. He also said that our Mum was so proud of her daughters. It made me cry. I didn't expect that call. And it was so good to hear that. Thank you.

120mr In my family passing recipes is one of the most important things. It's kind of memory.
