Storm!

I knew we were supposed to be in for another storm, so I headed down to the pier again to see what I could see. A great idea in theory, pretty stupid in reality, as myself and about 15 other people ended up huddled in the middle of the covered area as (what felt like) cyclonic winds blew the rain sideways under the cover, and we couldn't even see the end of the pier with how solid the wall of rain was. Lightning was flashing all around us, and the storm passed pretty much right on top. 70mm fell of rain in approximately 30 minutes. At least I got to see some nice lightning.
