Passing Storm

Brisbane was hit by a surprise storm - it's the middle of winter and we don't normally get rain in winter, let alone storms. So imagine my delight when I saw this lovely shelf cloud developing.

It always amazes me when I see storms like this developing, knowing how quickly they can turn very nasty, and yet there are still families playing on the beach.
