Jaka tajemnica kryje się za niedokończoną budową. Czyje nieszczęście wpłynęło na stan tej ruiny.

Zamiast dzieci wyglądających przez szyby okienne, zamiast gwaru gości świąteczych, zamiast świateł padających na piękny ogród stoi i straszy pustymi oczodołami okien. Brudny i zniszczony przez słońce, deszcze, śniegi, wiatr i czas i tylko czasem daje schronienie dzieciom łaknącym przygody lub miejscowym pijaczkom którzy w ukryciu rozkoszują się ulubionymi napojami ...
