First Stars of the Year

Left work a bit early to jump on a train to head to Malmsbury for the first time in six months ("Stars") and it was the most beautiful clear sky. The core was still rising so I only had about an hour to shoot it before heading home. I also potentially saw a bit of the aurora as well.

2 hours there, 2 hours back for an hour of shooting. It was cold and condensation hit the lens in the end and ... still worth it.
