Sad sofa

Unfortunately, there was a major leak in mother's roof which we discovered this morning. The house sale had been agreed, and we were due to complete in a few weeks. Ceilings down, every carpet ruined and therefore removed, wallpaper peeling off and some furniture soaked beyond salvage. Very upsetting.
