There were not so many frogs on the lily pads today, maybe it was too hot. But there's still 5 frogs on the pic. Or do you discover more? One is quite small, he probably became a frog not long time ago since the bodies of the tadpoles are of about the same size.

tigg They look quite large to me - I don't think we have any on our lil pads. I like the swimming one at the back - or have I made a mistake in that?

jazzie No, you're right, one is swimming! There are large ones but also two small ones!

leszek55 Maybe frogs just don't like being counted like that? They sometines need more intimacy ;)

jazzie There are some who like to be counted (and photographed), but others that jump into the water as soon as they see me approaching 🫣
