Joe Fortin LOTO stands for Lock Out / Tag Out.
When going into a confined space at the plant I work at, you need to lock out the machinery from starting. Each cell (cage-area with an auto parts robot in it) as different policies / procedures for locking out the area.
It's been something on my On-boaring checklist that is (finally) done.
