jazzie I think it’s the entrance / future shop window of a building that was a building site for some years now. It’s called ‚Kaiserhaus‘ and looks very expensive and I thought it would be a place for banks and luxury shops. But now I found the website of the project and think it will be an interesting meeting place with shops, restaurants and an exhibition room (about money 😂) - that’s what they write about it:
