Replaced photo

I think this is the third time I did that ever. I replaced a photo with another one. But I really, really want this one in my 365 book this year. We'll take another one like this in few years...

I think I should take more photos of people, friends and family but also strangers. It's much more fun than still life, or landscapes. This particular photo is not perfect. Taken with a self timer, and on auto mode I think (which is a bit embarrasing). But still, it's one of my favourites this year.

Anyway, we visited the newlyweds (those two on the left) in their new appartment to help them drink the booze left from the wedding. What I like the most about the appartment is the harsh light coming through uncovered windows (no blinds yet). There's also a huge, plain, light grey wall - which makes a perfect backgrund for portraits.

There's something about new appartments. No furniture, borrowed dishes and cutlery, some cables sticking out of the walls here and there. A mattress on the floor in place of the bed.

There was a table though. Made of cardboard box. It did the job pretty well ;)
