Slice of life

We do love bread in Switzerland. I just read we've got more than 200 different varieties. It sounds like a lot to me, I don't know if it's a lot compared to other countries...

Anyway, those are really delicious. I tasted "le Pain Vanil Noir" today, excellent, and I'm looking forward to eating the famous "Cuchaule", looks fantastic, and with Cenovis layer (kind of Marmite)... should be incredible for breakfast. That said a slice of Cuchaule with something salty is also interesting with white wine...
