Yep! Just about any mount can be adapted to E-mount. The adapters are cheap if you don't mind manual focus. If you want autofocus, then the adapters are quite expensive. There are a lot of great old M42, Minolta MD, Nikon AI, and Canon FD lenses that really shine on the A7 series. I even have a tilting M42 adapter. For Nikon G lenses (ones that only have electronic aperture control), there are adapters with manual aperture dials.
