ponzu I wish I knew how to take fewer photos. What if the best photo remains untaken? It will always bug me. But yes, the only way is to take fewer photos. I have to find a way.
Choosing the next day sounds like a great idea. I did not know if Tookapic would allow me to do that. It does.
Kazzi But only for 24hours not to break your streak. It's the most demotivating thing about midnights ;) sometimes I feel like cindirella
Rafal You have asked for CC: here is mine - for me this picture is too framed (for a person who doesn't know this kind of cars it is unknown car because You have cut the signature of the car MG in the middle top of the picture. It will look much better if You close the frame with the whole silhouette of the front of cat, if You know what I mean.
ponzu Thank you, you got me there! I actually blew this three times, if you believe.
One, this was a very difficult framing and lighting situation. I knew exactly what I wanted to shoot, but the car parked against a bright sky and I kept moving up and down and back and forth to minimize the sky, but also not to distort the perspective. You know how wide angle lenses (such as iPhone) are. I did not want to shoot down on the car, but straight on. In the end, I failed to exclude the sky AND failed to properly frame the car's "face".
Two, I did not even notice that I cut off the badge until you pointed it out. Double failure.
Three, I shot hundreds of swimming pictures that day, as good or better than "Freestyle" But I got so tired and frustrated that I eventually just gave up on those and posted a half-basked iPhone photo instead.
Kazzi I know the pain of selecting THAT photo from all of the good ones.
Take. Less. Photos.
Or finish up with three to five chosen and choose one for tookapic hte day after.
