Brakuje Twojej radości :)

Mikołaj Zieleń trawy symbolizuje radość ;) A tak na poważnie, dzięki za opinię!

jazzie I'm not sure what to think about this pic. It is interesting in a way through its composition and color combination, but also ordinary, flat, normal-looking guitar. And everybody knows what a guitar looks like.
It is strange: The longer I look at it, the more I like it!
I think I would play around with framing and composition and take away the leaves and look out for more evenly looking grass (probably hard to find in january :-P). So you could make your flat, tidy composition even more tidy and thus consistent.

Mikołaj Thank you for your insight! I wanted to make the grass an important part of the composition without walking too far... But you're totally right, it would look much cleaner without the brown things down there :)

ponzu It is not often that I don't find anything to say about a photo, and perhaps that already says something. I think the photo goes well with your writeup about a new guitar and your state of mind. People like to say that a photo should be able to stand up on its own, and to tell a story by itself, but I personally find very satisfying putting photos and text together, as well as viewing such photos and reading such text.

Mikołaj You drew my attention to an important thing: it's good to ask yourself not only what a photo shows, but also what it says. Thank you!
