ponzu No, it's not boring. If it were boring, the sign warning you not to dive for risk of becoming a cripple would make it interesting. What I would like to see next time is a crop/composition that plays off the equivalence sign ≡ against the bench underneath the sign.

Gogi Golzman this photo looks great.. the perfect angle . the light .. the sky.. everything ... next time try to add a person in the frame ... sometimes the little tweaks give a frame a very interesting story ... specially if the floor is wet and in the background there will be a person with an umbrella.. something like that, good luck =]
