The end of my second year was very much colored by the Tookapic Swiss meeting last weekend... Seeing everyone again, and meeting new friends, only reinforced what I love about Tooka. It’s a great community, filled with enthusiastic people, and I’m so chuffed to be part of it! It’s not just a way to express one’s love of photography by capturing images every day. It’s not just to have that daily discipline of looking for a flash of beauty or fun or interest, whatever is going on in one’s life. It’s not just a way to keep one’s camera from gathering dust in a corner. It’s not just a way to (slowly) figure out how to use one’s camera properly. It’s a way to illustrate one’s life, every day, while stepping outside of said life for the time it takes to take the shot and upload it. To say, “This is what I feel today. This is what I see today...” And to share that with this wonderful community. And see what they feel today. And what they see today. Thank you, all. Thank you especially @jewels for getting me into this and making it easy to stay. And thank you, @pawelkadysz , for this incredible creation.
