We took the F-350 to the mechanic today (more issues with the hydraulics). I drove it to the shop and got a ride back with a colleague.
While I prefer to drive, it is nice every once in a while to get chauffeured; you get the chance to see the world around you.
Today, near Pole 38, a bit of blue caught my eye. Someone had built a makeshift shelter a couple-a-few dozen meters I to the bush. I've driven past it loads of times before, but never saw the shelter.
It looks pretty okay. Not great, but might have worked for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, the plastic has collapsed due to snow/ice load. The team and I'll will have to head out into the bush come Spring and clean it up.
Marta Tomaszewska I've got the same "issue" with driving a car. I love it, but it so much more to be seen from a passenger's seat...
