Grey Heron

Only 2 Heron today, the little female (pictured) and the adult male. There were 2 coot fledglings and one adult, and 3 crows. I have a feeling there may have been a late brood of Heron as I heard the unmistakable sound of heron youngsters as I was leaving.

jazzie 3000... bird pictures?! Did you ever count how many of your photos are not showing birds? Anyway, congrats on that huge amount of photos you shared with us!

craig Thank you! I was completely unaware of reaching 3000. I took a lot of non bird photos at the beginning of my project bt have had at least 3 years of Heron encounters.
