583 Self-Love Is An Adventure, Not a Destination

When we start to pay attention, we see that we're challenged daily to act lovingly on our own behalf. (How we respond to situations like - being cut in line, a friend does something hurtful) And we should relate to those challenges with kindness. For real love allows for failure and suffering. Love yourself enough to grow, make amends, and learn.

It's not something you will do at an end point but it's a process you take with you.
