One hundred consecutive days of physical activity. A workout a day, without a day missed.
This is something I would've never expected of myself. But then, after doing 365 project for more than 5 years, this is not really that hard.
Lost 2,5kg of fat along the way.
I'm done with losing fat or weight though. The daily workout routine stays, but the goal changed.
Also, if you look at the upper right corner of the watch, you'll notice that I'm playing a dangerous game here.

I'm not the kind of guy that takes topless mirror selfies. I did once take a photo like that. And I felt so bad with it, I had to remove it from my phone few days later.

Love that Apple watch ! You can also use it to track your hours of sleep 😉
I do, with AutoSleep and AutoWake apps. Those are two best I found for sleep tracking.
