forgotten to take a pic today

today I did lots of stuff - catching up with Tookapic, some Improstal stuff, printing and filling recruitment docs, etc...

at evening started to pack myself (tomorrow I go to Zakopane with Janek), wanted to take a pic of my bakcpack after it but... it took me much time and just 15 min after midnight I figured out that I haven't taken any photo today :o

I'm really angry... for myself, for the world, for all the people that haven't invented a time machine yet... and feel really sad :(

this project means a lot for me and breaking the streak is the worse that could happen :'(

but it happened :/ I can't turn back time, I really can't do anything, all I can do is to get over it and continue the project

because I'm sure I want to continue it and this accident couldn't change my mind - may it remind me that I don't need to be perfect on every field and it's okay :p

Aleksandra Wyobrażam sobie, jakie to dla Ciebie trudne. Ale te spójrz na to, ile ten projekt zmienił w życiu i trochę jest tak, że czasem po prostu nam coś nie wychodzi i to też jest w porządku. Bądź z nami, bo Twój projekt jest super, bez względu na to czy jest ciąg czy go nie ma ❤️

bizon Dziękuję, zdecydowanie Projekt 365 baaardzo zmienia życie i to jest największa wartość. Teraz myślę sobie, że to taki nieunikniony koniec splotu nieszczęśliwych wypadków, które mi się ostatnio przydarzały. I że teraz czas na reset :3

Marta Tomaszewska When I've seen your pic I thought that it was mine pic from February :D I feel you totally! I hope you'll never feel it again :) (and me too :D)

But you know what? Later on I've created photobooks from 3 years of my tookapic photos. And it revealed that in the second year I've forgot to upload 3 photos. And tookapic didn't noticed it - I think it's limit of 400 days to complete the project. I even had those pic, but I've uploaded whole month as bulk and somehow missed them.

So.. maybe you've broke the streak, but you're still compliant with tookapic 365 rules. Just go further! :)

bizon Thank you! My reaction was inspired by yours (just a bit ;D).

I think every one of us has his own rules (similar to "official rules" but just a little bit different). For me it's essential to take a photo in every 24h interval, processing and upload are things I can save for later. Here I broke the main rule :/ But what's more important than every rules is to keep moments of life. That's why I'm here and that's why I won't stop even if I haven't took this one photo :)

Marta Tomaszewska Yes, I broke my rule also that day. But afterwards... why we are so tragic about such little things. We make great job here, much better than average. Why just not to focus on joy and keep going? ;-)
