Jappieblock #1

I will introduce some Jappieblocks. This is small type of jappieblock at Kita-aoyama prime location area. After WW2, US army occupied many prime locations of Tokyo. In 1952, Their land was released by the peace treaty. Japan has just transformed from an agricultural country to an industrial country. On released land, large quantities of "unified design blocks" was built as a social policy of the government. Residents seems to be weak about DIY. They are very old now. Blocks haven't been repaired. They went decayed.
