Aurora seen from home

tigg Congratulations - it is cloudy and damp here. Needed my windscreen wipers on the way home from camera club.

Lauren Huston Still pretty! It comes and goes though. The strongest part that we got was during the day so of course we couldn't see it.

Some of our northern states had visibility just after their sunset which would have meant it would have been nuts here but by the time it was dark enough here, we had mild visibility for an hour and it dropped off.

This morning I woke up to solid cloud though so the weather was in our favour last night.
