I need help with DxO Optics Pro 8

Hello, I've had a problem with this program for some time. I can't open it. When I try there is the error "DxO Optics Pro has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for te inconvenience." And I can send error report but with no effect. DxO Optics Pro 8 was downloaded on promotion for free before February, 28th 2015. So I can't reinstall. Is it possible to complete the duration of this promotion and blocking a program? None of the controllers was not removed. I have windows xp. Someone use it? I really liked this program and I'll be grateful for a help!
