View from Mottarone

Since 34 years I am passing my holidays at the same place watching amongst others this mountain. Mottarone. At the other side of the lake. I always wondered about how the world woud look from its top - what is behind this mountain? Today, at the beginning of a new year, we finally took our car and the ferry and drove to Stresa where the lower terminus of the cable car to this mountain is located. The view from the top is amazing...!
