Nostalgy collector #3
This is Technics RS1500U around 1977.
It seems stop right reel and flooding tape, It's the fiction.
It has very robust construction, it move well though I bought it 40years ago.
Frequency responce reach 40KHz at 38cm/s, but it consume resources.

You have some cool possessions @Satoshi! I really like the lighting as well. Great job!
Thank you @Claudiu !Complex structures creating a interesting reflection of the metal. Moreover, it is fun representation of the texture of the magnetic tape.I am usually use diffuser, but this time I use almost direct light(no softbox, no umbrella).

Thank you for the insight of what happened behind the scene. Interesting to see that this result was achieved without a softbox. Very cool light experiment!
In 80-90' Technics was the dream of every audiophile in Poland. Nice that It comes back to the market. Great pic.
I surprise to hear Technics brand revival. In japan, everyone use portable player, home audio equipment market extremely small.in Poland, "large" home audio equipments are popular amang audiophile even now, Magda?
Audio market is growing in turntables and pure 2 channel product as network players, or receivers/amplifier with network features. HiRes music is more and more popular, so people needs equipment (fe Pioneer N70A).
Thank you Magda for your precious Market information!Among audiophile, 2ch, HiRes and network friendly equipments still growing, I understand. In Japan, audiophile pay attention N70A now :)
Now that was built to last! We had a similar one, a Philips I think about the same time. Long gone now!
