Daniel Zaleski You have quite a lot of chrominance noise in the photo. Did you processed the raw file in computer or was it jpg straight out of camera? In my experience 5DmkII files properly developed could be much "cleaner". I personally process my raw files in DxO Optics Pro (the prime denoising for high iso photos does a great job, btw).
Satoshi T @egzist told me when we take night shot using our 5Dmk2, we need to use the lowest possible ISO value for avoid noises. This place I was not allowed to use tripod, I try to hold well but I needed ISO 800. I use DPP for windows by Canon and Because I hated to lose detail, it had weakened the NR. If I can, I will try to use DxO Optics Pro for night shot. Thank you @Daniel for your kind advice.
