The "Chatka Puchatka" shelter in Połonina Wetlińska (1228 m a.s.l.) is the highest located hostel in the Bieszczady Mountains, formerly called the "Tavern". The originator of the current name of the hostel is Polish sailor Leonid Teliga.
The hostel is located under the peak of Hasiakowa Rock. It has 20 beds in 2 collective rooms and is open all year. It was built after World War II by the army and served as an observation post.
Due to the location in the hostel there is no running water, sewage or electricity.
