We Made It

We made it, Gray! 365 daily photos. It was a wonderful adventure. I met some amazing people. I saw truly stunning moments. I know myself better. I did things I wouldn't normally do. And it's all documented. Written in photos.

First - I started my 365 because I needed to think about my life. Taking pics made me think about every worthy moment. And those notsoworthy, too. I heard things about tookapic's community, about its hospitality and stuff. But I'm an introvert and I didn't want to get into those things. I wanted to be an outsider. Hsit, can't do it. Everyone I met here is so nice and friendly... Even that meeting with @Kazzi. I was so nervous about it. Didn't have to be.

Throughout those days I improved my photography skills significantly. Comparing my first pics and those last ones, you can tell a lot better quality. Sincerely, I wasn't so much into photography before. Sure, I took pics every now and then. Starting a 365 was a tipping point. Feeling that I don't have a pic for today thrilled me and forced me to think in a creative way.

Now I have to give some credit where it's due. First of all, I have to say a big thank you to @Urszula. Our songtalks made me look for songs I heard a long time ago. And all of this, just to fit the title into our talk. Your approvals, your kind words on pics I've done... Just thank you.

I have to thank my friends, as well. Kajetan, Mon, @ntl, @Rafał, Maciej, Luc, Stanisław, Tom, Seb, Angelika and Marlena. Friends are here to make our lives better. You're definitely doing this.

Then, a big shout out to my uncle who doesn't have an account here and still, he saw my every photo and gave me a lot of tips which one is good and why.

And lastly - thanks to all tookapic's crew. @Paweł and all the other ones hidden in the back. If I wasn't here, I wouldn't have taken those pics. I got three exhibitions proposals. I'll probably turn them all down since I don't have money to print all those pics in a reasonable size. But it doesn't change, you're amazing, guys.

And I want to thank all of you who follow me and I haven't mentioned you here. And there's a lot of people here I have to thank. This description is definitely too long, anyway. I really doubt anyone would ever read all of this stuff.

So instead of goodbye, I say so long. And I'm sure I'm gonna miss you when I'm gone.
