Favourite tookapicers
Hi everybody ! I was wondering if it would be possible to have a place where we could list our favorite tookapicers so that we can follow them easily. I actually have all mine stocked on my different internet pages and I do it like that. Would be nice to have this feature inside tookapic though... Possible or not ?? Take care everyone !! Kateli

Ross I have thought about this too, features such as being able to pick users to appear first in your feed or even to receive a notification when they post would be awesome features if possible

Karolina Oksiędzka It's a good idea, sometimes my feed is to long to browse it and I miss new photos from tookapicers I really like to see :)

Kateli True, but those are ALL the photos of the people we follow. I was thinking of like ten favorite users that we can connect to on the FEED page and this so that we don't miss out on any of their photos.
Daniel Borth Maybe that would work like on youtube . I subscribe to different channels but i have notifications for only few that i like most .
On the other hand i follow only people that photography impress me and i like see their pictures , so that may be solution to your "problem " :)
agnieszka bladzik and i have mixed feelings. I also reverted from default view 'feed' to the standard one. why? i was missing so many interesting and new photos. If people will start using only favorites because of lack of time etc. it will be pretty hard for new people to make into those 'favorites'. some notification from people might be good, yet I would not put that on the top of the 'to do' list yet. like in YT find new stuff is pretty hard for me now as I only see promoted content that is similar to my favorites/subscribe channels
Kateli I don't only want to have favorites, I would like to see new photos from new tookapicers but I'd also like to see my favorite tookapicers photos quickly ! :0)
tigg Interesting; I limit myself to who I follow as I feel I cannot do justice to their work if I have too many. I only follow 18 ..... would love to follow more but think I would miss the key ones. A consequence of me not following many is, of course, not many following me; but I don't mind that. Tookapic is, after all, something I do for me. There was a long spell on 'the other journal' when I turned comments off.
I have always been in awe of those who follow a few hundred people ..... how do they look at them all?
Gosia I would love to receive a notification when someone I really like posts a photo. Right now, I miss quite a lot. I visit their pages. To do that I look for their comments to click on their name or I even type a http address manually. When I remember their nicknames of course... For me it would look like this: I go to a profile, I click some kind of "observe icon" and then I get notifications. It would also be nice if a list of observed people would be easily accessible, maybe here: Expolore -> People.
Paweł Kadysz There is "Observe" button, but it's called "Follow".
Gosia I know :D But Photos -> Following is about photos. This feature would be about people. Besides, I might also like to get to profiles that no longer are active :)
