Candid photography and GPRD

Well, looking through my portfolio I came to one conclusion - my pics are uninhabited, deprived of people. For this reason, I decided to start taking candid pictures of unaware strangers (I like the idea of unposed photos). But now I have some doubts. Can I post such photos afterwards (for example here on Tookapic) without the consent of the photographed persons? If these people are the main theme of this photo? Do I face criminal or financial liability for this? Maybe limiting yourself to the territory of Poland for now - what does it look like according to current regulations and those that will come in a few weeks? I would add finally that making such images makes man extraordinary hyped :-)

Marta I think you're not the only one interested in this subject. Perhaps we'll get to know some more details when the time comes (quite soon, I hope).

Krzysztof Maciejewski Ouch, I didn't read this topic. Anyway I have no idea not only about RODO consequences, but also about present situation... Perhaps only the selfies are safe, but who knows? ;-)

Marta I am aware of different regulations, but mostly in terms of my job, so I'd be glad to know something more in terms of photography, too.
