What do you think about having two streaks?

Currently our profile displays our upload streak. But what about our actual photo streak. I understand the purpose of the upload streak but there should also be a photo streak counting the days of consecutive photo shooting regardless when they where uploaded. Upload streak can be easily broken when you are on holidays and access to Internet is limited or non-existent, however we can still take photos. What do you think?

Paweł Kadysz We had a stat called "missed days". Obviously the goal was to keep it at 0.

Jennifer I liked that stat so that when I got behind, I knew when I'd filled in all the gaps again, like after vacations and such like Romanos said.

Jennifer Uh *ahem* and which after seeing this I went to take a look and realized I had missed uploading 7 or so photos from my year. Which explains why tookapic told me I finished my project on a different day than I expected to see it... Whoooops. Those darn vacation photos!

Paweł Kadysz The "Missed Days" was good until you actually did miss a day. It was extremely demotivating for people to even have one day missed. Many gave up.

@Romanos has a good idea, it's just a matter of coming up with a good name for current streak and the one that's suggested in this talk.

Romanos Kalamatianos Current streak could be named "Upload streak", as for the one suggested it could be named "Shooting streak", although it sounds a bit violent.

I don't know if others that have completed more than one project feel the same. But I don't care anymore about not breaking my upload streak, I mostly care about keeping my photo shooting streak

Kateli I agree with you. My uploads are more important. I believe I broke my streak on holiday because I couldn't find a Wi-Fi connection. It was very frustrating. But that's how it is.
So keeping the upload streak is better to me.
