Not everything goes as planned

Today I went to my dentist for surgery to implant a second bolt in my jaw bone -first one is now visible!- . After surgery began, my dentist found out that my bone was missing though it seemed enough in CT image. Actually as @tigg said on my tookapic.com/photos/341968. We believe that we can see everything thanks to technology, but there is still something in the world that we don't know the truth unless we actually open it. My dentist switched quickly from the implantation to surgery transplanting bone. About half a year from now I will wait for bone to regenerate.
