what do you think about fujifilm x m1?

What do you think about it? I am using now Olympus P1 and I am looking for something better but unfortunately I do not have big budget for it. I don't want DSLR because I will not use it. I borrowed one from my friend and photos are awesome but it is to big for me to carry it every day.

Marcin N Woźniak Fuji has great dslr-size sensor within compact body. It has great dynamic range and small amount of noise even with high ISO values.
Besides it looks good, there are great lens for it, it has great ergonomy.
One of best choices in this price tag.
And polish X-series community is great - last gathering, three weeks ago was... intense. Workshops with Tomasz Lazar and Paweł Kosicki, model sessions, kayaks, instax party.
Choose Fuji ;)

Ian Prince What you might really want is this fujifilm-x.com/gfx ;)

Satoshi T Speaking about myself, EVF is the essential in order to concentrate on viewing. If you don't want EVF, X-m1 is good choice. it has good quality and possibility of interchangeable lenses :)

Kadir Avci I used M1 and A1 at Fujifilm workshop and M1 really cool camera like you said not big, light and fast but it's little bit old. Because Fujifilm changed some features really good and you might don't want to buy M1 anymore. Also M1 is discontinued model. So there will be no M2 or something like that. I suggest you keep some money and buy one of new Fujifilm models like X-T10, X-A2 or X-A3, X-E2.

Marcin N Woźniak All the models are more expesive than M1, and Fuji is known for long software support for their cameras, so I think it is not a big issue.
@paula - if you want, find me on facebook, I invite you to the closed group of polish fuji x-series users, where you can find all the answers (and few offers of used cameras - thing to consider).

Kazzi I'd also add that X-M1 is the cheapest Fuji with their X-Trans sensor, the main feature to choose that system - and X-A123 models do not have that.

Paula Thank you all for all advices! I just bought my almost new xm1! :) now I am looking for lens :) waiting for the journey to begin :)
