Marcin N Woźniak FastStone Image Viewer on pc and Snapseed on smartphone.
Kazzi mobile: Lightroom and all the Photoshop (Fix, Mix, normal) versions are quite nice, but Snapseed wins with it's easy interface :)
Katrina Yu GIMP is free and is like photoshop's twin!
Rafał Bolko There is a software name DxOpticsPro9 (only for image processing) and it's for free (to february 28th 2017):) Under this link: dxo.com/us/digitalcamerauk - you can register for free copy. This is quite powerful tool and it's easy to use!

tzachmost IMO the only replacement for PS is Affinity Photo, but for me, still, Photoshop is irreplaceable.
