no more images of Ron Dadoo, stupidly
I am writing these words for my alter ego Ron Dadoo, as he no longer has talk access. Something not so cool happened to him about his Tookapic subscription. in fact he received an e-mail from Paddle telling him that, as he had requested, his subscription had been canceled, although he hadn't asked for anything. The problem is that he changed his payment card and his fault is not having updated his profile ... however a little reminder would have helped to remedy this. on the other hand if he wants to restart his registration, he sees that the price is 💲69 now? He is therefore not going to continue, also because his motivation of 1 image per day has left him, and he no longer plays the game by downloading images from time to time according to his desire and his inspiration. Paweł Kadysz Paddle retries the charge for three days. If unsuccessful, it cancels the subscription. I understand that the new price might have been a surprise.
Please know, that all our long-time users could use the old price. But once the subscription was cancelled so was the discount. I had couple of people reach out about that and I always, every single time applied appropriate discount. And even if someone paid full price, I refunded the amount they paid over the old price.
I'd be happy to do the same for you. But if the motivation is the real issue, I'm afraid I can't do anything about it. And I totally understand that it just fades after some time.

Carrey hello Pawel, unfortunately, paddle did not send me a reminder 3 times, only 1x the fact that I had requested the cancellation of my subscription, which was never the case .... it's a shame, j would have reacted before if I had known about the problem. I will now relaunch my subscription with the new price conditions, it is not that expensive in relation to the creative benefits that the site brings me
